How we work

INITIAL CONSULTATION & CHOOSE YOUR LOOK

Usually this is with the Bride & Groom either at a wedding fair or in store by appointment. We’ll talk through the process, options, current trends and make sure everything is done in a timely manner. We love to make sure you have the best experience possible whilst with us. 

Alternatively, you can browse the collection online. Whether it’s a wedding, Formal dinner or day at the races. We have got you covered with a large range of options.

PERFECT THE FIT & TRY ON SERVICE

No matter if you order online or come in store, a good place to start is your wardrobe for an idea of your size.

If you order online, please then look at the measuring guide and size chart to help get the perfect fit. If you order in store, we will help you with this step.

The chosen outfit is then ordered through Cameron Ross and we will give you a delivery date. The outfit is then available to try on in store by appointment only. This is so we can give you our full attention.

If you’re unable to come to the shop, we can still help you. If you prefer to build your outfit and have it sent to you or to us at the store, use the code RAGTAGTEN and receive 10% off Cameron Ross Prices.

BOOKING THE OUTFIT

The outfits are ordered for your party after you’ve finalised the options, at this stage the Groom will be measured for their outfits. We can arrange appointments to suit the rest of the party. 

For final booking, we recommend choosing a date around 4 days before the event to a UK mainland address, if you order online. Try it on as soon as you can. Free replacements offered if the fit is not quite right.

MEASURING

The members of the Groom’s party are invited in for their measurements to be taken at a time that suits them, collectively or individually. We offer evening and weekend appointments that suit.
